Shipping

We only charge one shipping rate.  It doesn't matter where you live within New Zealand, if you are rural or you have a PO Box, you will only pay $5.70 at the most for shipping your order!

NOTE: We do not ship to countries outside of New Zealand at this time.

Delivery

• All orders will be processed within 24 hours (excl. weekends and public holidays) and will be sent via CourierPost. 
• Orders are sent from Dunedin and the target delivery time is 1-3 days.  Please allow an extra day or two for rural addresses. 

Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is not as described or if you receive the wrong item. That way we can assess the issue and make it right quickly for you.

Returns

You won't ever need to return a product to us, if it is faulty you can simply send us a photo showing the fault and you will be reimbursed for the price that you paid.
